Effective date
These terms took effect on 24 September 2026 and apply to every visit to zervuqo.com from that date. An engagement that started under an earlier version continues under the terms that were in effect when it was agreed, unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Zervuqo, trading at zervuqo.com, with its office at 93 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 06493, United States. Zervuqo is a small independent consulting studio, not a franchise or a network; there is no separate legal entity behind the trading name.
What this site provides
Zervuqo publishes information about four consulting directions — a strategy and positioning session, an operations audit, a pricing and packaging review, and a monthly growth advisory retainer — and takes inquiries about them through a form and a chat widget. The site describes what each direction typically involves, states what it costs on the stated basis, and lets a visitor use a configurator to see an implied hour count and format before writing in.
The site does not build software, run advertising campaigns on a client's behalf, manage anyone's bookkeeping, or provide legal, tax or accounting advice. It works only with teams of one to twelve people on fixed-scope engagements with a stated end date; the studio turns down retail and restaurant clients outright, because their margin structure and cash-flow pattern differ from the software and services businesses the studio actually understands. If your team is past twelve people, this is not the right studio for you, and no amount of persuasion through the contact form changes that limit.
Nothing is sold here
Nothing on zervuqo.com is a store, a cart or a checkout. No payment is taken through the site and no card data is collected by it. Every price basis stated on the site — a flat fee per session, a flat fee per audit, a flat fee per review, or a monthly retainer of eight hours — is a basis for a quote, not a binding one. The configurator's implied hour count and suggested start month are the same: a plain-language estimate built from the studio's own stated figures, not an offer capable of acceptance.
An inquiry becomes an engagement only once the studio has reviewed what you have described, confirmed scope in a direct reply, and both sides have agreed a fee and a start date in writing. Submitting the form or the chat widget does not create a contract by itself.
How anything is priced
Fees are quoted in United States dollars. The basis differs by direction: the strategy and positioning session and the operations audit and the pricing and packaging review are each a flat fee, quoted once scope is understood; the growth advisory retainer is a monthly fee for eight hours, billed to the half hour, running month to month with no long-term contract. No retainer runs past eight hours a month without a separate conversation about scope and fee. A price changes if the scope changes after the studio has already confirmed it — a fifth invoice's worth of documents added mid-audit is a new conversation, not a silent overrun.
What you may not do here
Do not submit false contact details through the inquiry form or the chat widget; the studio uses what you provide to call or write back, and a fake number wastes the one thing the studio has less of than clients, which is hours. Do not attempt to scrape, resell or republish the site's text or photographs. Do not attempt to probe, overload or interfere with the form, the chat backend or any other part of the site's infrastructure.
Ownership of the site itself
The text, the photographs of the studio and its work, the Zervuqo wordmark and mark are the studio's property. Nothing on the site may be copied for another business's use, including another consultant's marketing, without the studio's written permission.
Provided as is
The website itself — its pages, its configurator, its estimates — is provided as is. The studio does not warrant that the site will be free of every error or interruption, or that a figure the configurator shows will match the fee eventually agreed for a real engagement, because a real engagement depends on facts the configurator cannot see: the actual state of your invoices, your handoffs, your team.
Warranty and guarantee
What the studio does guarantee, on an engagement it has actually confirmed in writing: a strategy and positioning session runs three hours and ends with a photographed whiteboard as the deliverable, not a slide deck. An operations audit runs one week and ends with a numbered fix list. A pricing and packaging review is a line-by-line check against your last twelve invoices. A retainer month delivers eight hours tracked to the half hour. If the studio does not deliver the stated deliverable for a confirmed engagement, that is a failure the studio corrects at its own cost, discussed directly with you — not a boilerplate refund policy, because no payment runs through this site to refund.
What the studio does not guarantee: a specific increase in revenue, margin or growth resulting from following the studio's fix list or whiteboard. The studio hands over a numbered list of what to fix and in what order; whether the business acts on it, and how well, is the business's decision, not the studio's deliverable.
Limit of liability
To the extent Texas law allows, Zervuqo's liability arising from your use of this website, as distinct from a signed engagement agreement, is limited to direct damages and does not extend to lost profits or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here overrides the specific terms of a written engagement agreement once one exists.
Refusing or withdrawing access
The studio can decline an inquiry outright — most often because a team is past twelve people, or the business is retail or restaurant, or the studio's four active-engagement cap is full. The studio can also withdraw a visitor's access to the site's forms and chat if they are used to submit false information or to interfere with the site's operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute arising from these terms or from the site is heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Austin, Texas, and both sides accept that venue.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in substance, the studio updates this page and moves the effective date at the top to the date of the change. There is no separate mailing list announcing legal updates; the date on this page is the record.
